Thank You To....
Born and raised in the Yukon; I began my calling of an artist and designer as child with my mother; my grandmothers Thelma Norby (nee Edzerza), and Agnes Nieman (Nee Jack) and numerous Aunts.

Growing up I was exposed to our sophisticated art of leather work; various concepts of print design, precision & machine operation as well as traditional beading of my First Nation people. Designing intricate flowers, symbols and mixing coloured beads is a passion of mine.

My diverse ancestral background consists of Athabascan and Tlingit cultures. I am a Northern Tutchone First Nation from the Snag area of the Yukon and Tahltan from Northern BC. I am a member of the Crow Clan.

I have toured North America showing at various fashion shows: Couture Fashion Week, Manhattan New York, National Aboriginal Fashion Week, Saskatoon.; Western Canada Fashion Week, Edmonton., Sea Alaska Heritage , Tinaa Art Auction, Juneau, AK;  Adaka Cultural Festival, Whitehorse.

Brenda Lee Asp products are in Front Street Clothing and Bear Paw Music & Gifts in Whitehorse, Daku Cultural Center in Haines Junction, the Native Arts & Craft Shop at the Caribou Friendship Centre in Williams Lake, BC, and Kirmese's in Skagway, Alaska, on this website & fashion show sales.

~~Brenda recently displayed her "Gems" Collection at the fall 2014 New York Couture Fashion Week in Manhattan, New York.

I would like to take a moment to thank all of those who supported me and helped me in various ways to over the past years, those who helped me get this collection completed and helped to get it to the shows to let the world view the pieces.
